This is how our morning started off. Andrew collecting rolie polies the minute he finished his waffles. He and Jake made them a habitat "with all the things that make them comfortable."
Then Andrew called to me to come out and see the underwater races. It was Bluehawk vs. Greenhawk. They are in the water.....they are off! "Aren't their little legs so cute!?" And Greenhawk wins! Hooray!

Andrew's smile is just precious! I love how all bugs in confinement are made to be as comfortable as possible with so much attention given to their every whim, or assumed whim. :) Perhaps if bugs everywhere knew of such luxuries, they'd be lining up for capture? I love that they raced!!
